Staff was very kind. Came here specifically for a gluten free breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Only negative the seating area and coffee counter were dirty.

I usually never write reviews but this place was amazing. I have celiac and they not only have GF bagels (normal and everything) but also knowledgeable about cross contamination, a separate air to toast it, and were super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough. Best bagel I think I have ever had.

I grew up in the New York City metro area, and I am an unabashed bagel snob. No one - and I mean no one - in Syracuse was serving what I consider to be an acceptable bagel. Until DeWitt Bagel Company. They bring in their bagels from the Bronx, so they are absolutely excellent. Crisp on the outside, chewy in the inside, and a proper size. I order three dozen at a time about every six weeks and they always bake them fresh and have them ready within 15 minutes of when I place my order. The people here are always so friendly (and they're always hustling and working hard!). I literally will not go anywhere else in Central New York for bagels.

I just get dz bagels when i come here. They're great every time. They do have cream cheese, coffee & locally made goodies that you can buy, too.. may vary with season. I have bought these a couple of times. AND, they have GF bagels (about $5 per). They do offer a reward punch card, which i started & then forget to bring with me. Support this fab local business. The bagels are really good.

I enjoyed a bagel with cream cheese this am from Dewitt Bagel company. When they were out of a specific bagel, we waited only 6 minutes for a fresh one to be baked and grabbed a few to take home. The bagels are more crisp on the outside than a typical bagel. There was also a small area to sit and they served Recess coffee. Unfortunately, the only kind they had this am was dark roast and decaffeinated. I would have enjoyed a light blend.
